Account Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and give you the option to permanently delete your account at any time. Before proceeding, please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, order history, and account-related information will be permanently removed once the process is complete.
However, to protect your interests, we must ensure:
Any pending orders are completed or canceled.
Any wallet balance is refunded or used.
Any outstanding payment dues are cleared.
This ensures you do not lose any funds or disrupt ongoing transactions.
Steps for Account Deletion:
Fill out the Account Deletion Request Form below.
Our support team will review your account status.
If there are no pending dues or transactions, your account will be deleted within 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.
Important Notes:
If you have a wallet balance, please request a refund or use it before requesting account deletion.
If there are ongoing orders, deletion will be processed after order completion or cancellation.
